McDonald's Nepo Mart in Metro Manila

"It was unfortunate that we had a car accident here during our visit (car accident was at the parking area). But I would like to commend the manager on duty. She went out of her way to ask us if we're ok and even extended help should we need their cctv footage for the claims of our car insurance. She's really kind and McDo should know that she really extended great great customer service to us that's even outside what's required of her role as a manager. Grabe! Bless her for her kindness to us"

"Went to get breakfast around 8 AM, tried out Big Breakfast Meal, was a bit underwhelming since it looked better on the menu. The egg was a bit bland, the burger steak and buns were alright, added with a bit of strawberry jam. Coffee that comes with it was bitter but tasted good, you could add the coffee cream and sugar if you're not too fond of bitter coffee. Hash Brown was great addition though."

"The service is good, the staffs are friendly and approachable. Their food is very appetizing. Quantity of the food served is right to its value. The dishes looks palatable and yummy. And I felt valued that the amount I've paid is worth the meal. The theme of Mcdonald's seems like they are capturing their main target guests-the children. But they are not only capturing children's appetites, but also the child at heart ones. :) The lighting of the place is good and clear."

"Just a regular McDonald's style in the Philippines and nothing special or what. I think the staff needs some vacation or rest. All the time I see their faces, all of them look tired. Then when you get lucky sometimes the smell of the garbage will cover the whole area and it smells like a rotten cheeseburger. I do love the parking attendant outside McDonald's, because he will help you and assist you in the parking lot. Overall they deserve a 4 star in my ranking."

"We ordered food for our daughter's class the day before her birthday. The process was painless and pretty quick. They delivered the food on time, showed me the content of the boxes and set up the Happy Meal boxes for me. As always, seeing the Happy Meal boxes made the kids happy and excited to eat and play. :)"
